Penny Kay is highly qualified to offer strategic and practical consulting to non-government-agencies in children and family services, disability and aged care.

 

In addition to her career as Director Community Services with NSW Department of Family and Community Services, Penny has led business turnarounds as CEO and/or Principal Officer of two NSW Out-Of-Home Care providers and led NSW operations for a major human services NGO.
